General Terms and Conditions:

I. Offer and prices
Our offer is free and without obligation. The prices meant from the stock in Berlin, paying in Euro per bottle. The value- added tax is contained in the price. If it is not noticed, then all the bottles contain 0, 75 liters. The offer and the prices can change.
2. Order and contracts
You can make your order by the post office, Fax or e-mail. After the delivery we give you the bill, which automatically is a contract. Also after delivery you will get a confirmation of payment.
3.Revocation possibilities
During of two weeks you have the possibility to cancel your contract. The period of time starts earliest after delivery. To take the period of time it is enough to dispatch in right time. Please send your revocation to:

3.2 Revocation consequences
We are ready to take back the ordered products. In this case you have to give back the complete offer. If it is not possible, we need to prepare a new bill. We please you not to do any things, what could influence the quality of the products, so there will be no reason to give them back. You can only send back canceled products, after we checked the revocation. If you send back products with a 50 Euro value, then you have to pay the sending. Otherwise we take over the costs.
4. Delivery
The delivery gets (checked in cartons) by different parcel services. The delivery in Germany costs 6,00 Euro. Free delivery, when you order products from 60,00 Euro.
Deliveries in the European Union costs I2 Euro. Free delivery, when you order products from I80 Euro. Your order needs two till six days to arrive.
Prices:
All prices are end prices including all taxes. Each time you pay, please sign the bill number. Prepayment: You transfer the bill to our bank count and save 3% of the price. If you choose the prepayment system, we give you 3% abatement.

Also you can arrange a PayPal paying system. We strain your count after each new order. Your bank and credit card information are safely accumulated. Your information are protected by the SSSL-Protocol(Secure Sockets Layer) and an 28Bit security key. Actively we protect you against deceptions. After each transaction you will get an e-mail showing all your transactions and activities at your personal PayPal-count. The PayPal-Transactions are protected against deceptions and swindle activities, and act automatically against them.

5. Defects
Defect supply will be changed. Please make your reclamations directly. If one of our delivered wines is defect, please preserve it correctly, until we can check it. Please give us information immediately. If the product is really defect, we give you back the costs.
6. Adhesion
An Adhesion for the purchaser is left out of things, only if the defect was caused careless. This case runs always our assistants and servants.
7. You can pay easily with your credit card. For this please choose the “Credit pay “option. After you ordered your favored products, you pay easily. We accept MasterCard und Visa. For this we need more information:
We need the credit card number, the valid of your bank and a special identification number. This is a three counts number on your credit card, which secure the internet paying. Your credit card information will be stored by the SSL.
8. Reservation of proprietary rights
The Products are property of the Wine house GRUSIGNAC until full payment.
9. Place of delivery, jurisdiction and appliance of German law
The place of delivery and jurisdiction for all parts is Berlin. Here the German law is used for making a contract.
I0. Other current assets
The assignment of rights and duties of a client are only possible with our accordance.
II. Severability clause
If one of the general term conditions do not work, it do not mean for the other clauses. The non working clause must be interpreted businesslike. This general term conditions are effective only for private customers.
